Who provides this service

RevenueReady.co.uk is a trading name of No Fear Tech Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. No Fear Tech Ltd is not VAT registered, so no VAT is charged. Where these terms say “we” or “us”, they mean No Fear Tech Ltd.

What the service does

Revenue Ready fetches publicly available pages from a website address you give us, runs a set of checks on what it finds, and produces a score and a report. It reads only what any visitor could already see. It does not log into anything, change anything, or access private areas of a site.

What we do not promise

• We do not guarantee any increase in sales, traffic or income. The report tells you what we found and what we would change. What happens next depends on your market, your offer and what you actually do.
• The report is guidance, not professional advice. It is not legal, financial or tax advice, and it does not replace a specialist where you need one.
• Checks are based on what a page shows publicly at the moment we look. A site that blocks automated visitors, or that builds its content after loading, may score lower than it deserves.

Scanning websites

You should only scan websites you own or are authorised to check. We rate-limit scans, identify ourselves honestly when fetching pages, and respect standard limits. Please do not use the service to overload anyone's website.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access. You can ask us to delete your account and everything stored against it at any time, and we will do it.

We may suspend an account that is being used to abuse the service or other people's websites.

Paying for a plan

The free check is free and always will be. Beyond that there are two different things you can buy, at the price shown on the pricing page at the time you buy:

• A full report is a single payment covering one website. It does not renew, there is no subscription, and there is nothing to cancel.
• Monitoring and Connected are monthly subscriptions covering several websites, which renew until you cancel.

No Fear Tech Ltd is not VAT registered, so the price you see is the full amount charged — there is nothing added at checkout.

Payments are taken on this website and processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers. A subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel, and you are charged the same amount on the same day each month. A one-off report is charged once and never again.

You can cancel a subscription at any time from your account, in one click, without contacting us. Cancelling stops the next payment and you keep everything you have paid for until the end of the month you have already paid for. There is no minimum term and no cancellation fee. A one-off report has nothing to cancel — you keep it.

If we change a price, it will not affect what you are already paying without at least 30 days' notice by email, and you can cancel before it takes effect. If something goes wrong at our end and you did not get what you paid for, tell us and we will refund you — we would rather give the money back than argue about it.

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. Because a subscription gives you access immediately, you are agreeing to the service starting straight away.

Your data

What we collect and why is set out in our privacy notice. In short: we store the websites you ask us to track and the results of those scans, and we count visits in a way that does not identify anyone.

Liability

We provide the service with reasonable care, but we cannot accept liability for business decisions you make on the basis of a report, or for loss of profit, revenue or opportunity. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and questions

If we change these terms materially we will say so on this page. If anything here is unclear, ask us — we would rather explain it than have you guess.
